Today our good friends here in town came over and helped Brian build us a darling wishing well that I can plant flowers in. I love it!
Soccer is keeping Rian (and Mom and Dad) very busy. Once spring season ended, she decided she wanted to do something else.
After a week full of tryouts, she had 3 teams to choose from. She decided to go with Utah FC out of Spanish Fork. They are a great group of girls and she has really been enjoying it. She has practice at least twice a week and also conditioning. We spend a lot of time at the sports park but its fun for me and the other kids as well because we bike and jog the trail by the river, and play on the playground.
Last week she went to Shadow Mountain for 3 days. It sure was strange to send my girl off. She is getting big way to fast. Her sisters sure missed her as well.
During the Hershey Track meet in May, She took first place in the 800 Meter out of all 5th Graders. Come to find out later, she took second place out of all 5th AND 6th graders. She was invited to the District meet and took 5th place! We were very proud of her competing against all the older girls too. She was so nervous before each meet it was cute.
The first part of June both Rian and Kendell went to a BYU soccer camp.
Shelby got the flu and poor thing was so sick. She could not keep anything down and after she started hallucinating we took her to the doctor and he sent her right to the hospital for IV's. It took her another full day to get better.
Ali and Billy were in town so we spent a day at the lake.
On the way home we took a detour and hiked the grotto.
My sweet little honey is almost 9 months old. He crawls everywhere and cannot sit still! He is a huge mama's boy and I love that he loves me so much. I love his wet slobbery kisses and he is such a fun little guy. He is just like his dad and has to be doing something at all times. Running with him in a stroller is a challenge these days because you have to stop every 30 feet to sit him down before he falls out on his head. He is always standing up or trying to climb out. He pulled the table cloth off the table tonight along with a few other items sitting on it. His favorite thing is to pull the sunglasses off my head. He loves to pet the horses and kitties and Bo. He loves to ride on the 4 wheeler. I love him to pieces.
We get so many people commenting on his big blue eyes.
Thunder LOVES to swim. We take them up to the pond every day. Phoebe and Bo don't get quite as excited about the water, they just love to run everywhere.
Yea for grass!
Brian spent about 5 days in Orlando. He said he was working. Now Im not so sure.
