Happy Birthday Kenni!

Yesterday was Kenni's day. She turned 5! I can't believe it. She is our little sweetheart and she makes us laugh every day of our lives. She got to pick everything we did yesterday. So, we played chinese checkers, went to McDonalds, went out for ice cream, (we told her she could eat as much as she wanted) had a little dinner party at Grandma Ewell's, (with more ice cream) opened presents, then came home to watch her new movie, Barbie in the Diamond Castle.
Happy Birthday Kenni! We love you!

Shelby's Blessing Day

We finally were able to bless our precious little Shelby Sunday. She looked so pretty in her dress, and we love her sooo much!!

Good Seat, for a Good Read

We had a good laugh at Graci this morning. I walked past their bathroom, and there she was, sitting on the toilet "reading" the comics. It looked so cute! I would have taken a picture, had she not been so "Exposed".

Kindergarten Days!

Kenni was a bit behind with her immunizations. Luckily, the girl's pediatrician does a fun thing called Kindergarten Days. They make it a very special and exciting event to go to the doctor to get their shots. She was very brave. They tested her vision, weight, height, blood pressure, and all that. They also pricked her finger for hemoglobin or whatever, and the sweety actually thought that the prick was her shots! She was quite put out to discover she had to get 6! Anyway, all future kindergartners get a t-shirt, kindergarten passport, a drink, cookies, bracelet, and a picture of her and her doctor. It was a very memorable day, and despite having needles poked in every limb of her little body, she walked away happy.
Graci had to go in today as well. She has strep. She also wanted to be in the pictures.

Twas the night before the school play

Rians first performance for her play is tomorrow. She is a Dwarf Princess. (Like the 7 dwarfs)
So she wanted her hair done curly. Rag curls are the only way I have found that will actually make her hair stay curly longer than an hour. We had to get a picture of her with her crazy "do".

Yearbook page

We are able to "spotlight" our kids if we want and they will put it in their yearbook this year.
This is the one a made for Rian. Not perfect, but I was in a hurry to get it in.

Funny Things Kenni Says

Kenni is the funniest girl I know. She got mad at me this morning for something. Really don't know what. So, this is what she said "Well I am moving to St. George. And when I am big I am going to tell my husband that we are never coming back here again. And if I am driving I am going to get pulled over."
The other day she said we were all members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Snakes.
That is what she thought it was! It was so funny. She is always saying the funniest things.
She took this picture of herself one day.

Long Time No Write

I really wanted to keep up on this for my journal writing but alas, life gets in the way. So I will try to do a little catch-up. The most n...
