More This and That

A mile down the road lives some people in our ward. They own a place called Wild Wonders. It is a refuge for animals. SInce Kim, Marcus, Christian and Camille were at our house for the weekend, we went to see them.

It was a very neat place with a lot of great things to see, such as a skunk snuggled up to a tortoise.

My personal favorite was Cocoa. A Cockatoo. She can talk, and believe me, she is FULL of personality!

She LOVES attention and petting.

They have a coyote,

And a bobcat

And yes, skunks.

For obvious reasons, I have never been close enough to one to notice just how cute they are!

They have  a lot of baby bunnies.
Some of which will one day be dinner for the above mentioned species.

Kenni was kissed by a Ferrett

A Red Fox

The cutest racoons!

Meal time for the Reptiles

Last Saturday we headed up to the lake with Kim and kids

Marcus got a bit nervous when he turned and saw Brian swimming towards him

So he bailed before Brian got to him

I got a lightning Shot! Sort of. If you look close in the 1st and 4th picture, you can see it. Its a lot harder than you think to get lightning. I did get cool ones with all the lights though.

Last but not least, Kenni, Graci and their good friend Ellie rode some Sheep in the Genola Rodeo!

Thanks Kim for all the great pictures!
